Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif à piston et cylindre, en particulier pour disjoncteurs à haute tension pour coupure en charge. Le dispositif 10, 16 comporte un piston 16 muni d'un segment 33, 34 d'étanchéité, réalisé en téflon chargé de bronze. Le piston 16 porte un dispositif amortisseur 23, 22, réalisé sous forme d'un nez 23 s'engageant, lors de l'action de coupure des contacts, dans un passage 22 et ralentissant ainsi le mouvement du piston. Un segment 41 de décharge, réalisé en bronze ou en laiton et pourvu d'une fente 44 et de deux rainures périphériques 42, 43 de décharge, est placé entre le dispositif amortisseur 23 et le segment 33, 34 d'étanchéité. Grâce au segment 41 de décharge, l'on évite que les pressions très élevées de l'ordre de 1 000 bars, créées en fin du mouvement de coupure des contacts, soient répercutées sur le segment 34 d'étanchéité et le détériorent.
