Abstract

The invention relates to a device enabling refuse to be placed hygienically into a bin bag. It consists of a lid 1 with lip 4 comprising means 10 for fastening to the work surface 11. A flared part 5 forms the extended opening via a channel 6 of circular cross section which ends in an end piece 7 which permits the fastening of a bag 9 with the elastic seal 8. A hygienic tub 12 protects the bin bag and is equipped with a handle 13. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for domestic use.
