Abstract

Container for drinks which can be opened without using any device. The invention comprises a container 1 made of semi-rigid plastic material having the shape and colour of the fruit on which the drink that it contains is based, the said container being stopped by the stopper 2 made of semi-rigid plastic material provided with the internal peripheral groove 8 which cooperates with the rim 3 located at the top edge of the opening of the said container to ensure fluid-tightness by the snap-fittment of one on the other, the said stopper comprising the tubular nozzle 4 provided at its outside end with the stopper 5 which can be separated by a simple fracture at the level of the groove 6, and the said stopper being hidden from sight by the spherical cap 3 shaped like a corolla of which the nozzle 4 forms the stalk. The invention may be used for the marketing of drinks based on fruit in whose image the container 1 is fashioned.

 The containers in which drinks and especially fruit juices are generally sold are impersonal. These are generally bottles of various sizes or cylindrical metal boxes or cardboard packs.

 When they are personalized, their particular shape evokes the brand that markets them and not the product they contain.

 It therefore appeared advantageous and attractive to market the drinks and in particular the drinks obtained from fruit in a container which evokes as closely as possible, as much by its shape as by its color, the fruit from which the drink which it contains is extracted. .

 The consumer will be satisfied to find for example each fruit juice in the fruit which produces it.

 For this, each container intended to receive a drink, such as a fruit juice, is in the form of the corresponding fruit, preferably in semi-rigid plastic material comprising the color of the fruit as well as, stylized or not, The external appearance of his skin.

 In addition, the container thus presented comprises the means of consuming the product which it contains in a direct manner and without it being necessary to use any device to unclog or decapsulate it.

 As shown, the device object of the invention consists of a container I of semi-rigid plastic material marrying as closely as possible, stylized or - not, the shape of the fruit whose juice it must contain.

 The obturator thus formed is pierced at its center and is supplemented by the external tubular nozzle 4 which thus communicates with the container and which is hermetically closed at its upper part by the buffer 5.

 This can be easily detached from the nozzle 4 thanks to the circular groove 6 located at its base and which constitutes a fragile zone which can be easily broken by simple bending exerted on the pad 5.

 The container can thus be opened without any special device.

And the consumption of the product can thus be done either directly through the nozzle 5 brought to the mouth, or by means of a straw introduced into said nozzle, or by transfer into another container thanks to the flexibility of the walls which allows chase the product.

 The shutter 2 is hidden from view by the roughly spherical cap 7, externally secured to the shutter 2 as well as to the nozzle 4 placed at the top, said cap enveloping the upper part of the container 1, and being cut at its periphery in the shape of leaves to form approximately a corolla giving more veracity to the aspect of tail of the fruit which is given to said nozzle 4.

 According to another embodiment (FIGS. 5 and 6), the nozzle 4 is directly integral with the container 1, the corolla 2 being in this case pierced with a central hole which allows the container 1 to be capped therewith, the nozzle 4 appears as a tail.

 The tightness of said container can be obtained as well as previously, the obturator pad 5 being integral with the nozzle 4 with interposition between these two elements of the groove 6 which allows the ablation of the pad 5, with a view to opening of the container, by simple bending force exerted on said pad.

 According to this embodiment, the pad 5 is produced after filling the container through the nozzle 4 by pushing back and welding the upper end of the nozzle 4.

 The closure of said nozzle can also be obtained by a simple plug (not shown) adjusted at the end of said nozzle 4.

 The invention is not limited to the example or examples which have been described, any variant, considered as equivalence, which cannot modify its scope.

 The invention can be used for the marketing of beverages and particularly beverages from fruit, in order to make their presentation more attractive at the same time as their consumption easier.
