Abstract

The subject of the invention relates especially to the technical field of vehicles and means of transport, to games and to sports equipment. The frame is made from two independent portions C6 and C7, one of the portions C6 especially receiving the double system of opposed cranks with means for transmission to the rear wheels, whereas the other portion C7 which essentially receives the front steering wheel and the steering means 4 is mounted so as to be movable with the capability of limited angular displacement on the said first portion C6.
