Abstract

The present invention relates to a device facilitating the loading of an elongate object, such as a sailboard, onto a luggage rack mounted on the roof of a motor vehicle and including several transverse bars fixed to the upper part of the bodywork. This device is characterised in that it includes a base part 2, means 3, 4, 5 for locking this base part onto a transverse bar 1 of the luggage rack, at one of its ends, and a horizontal support 6 articulated onto the base part 2, above the latter, about a vertical axis.

Claims
