Abstract

The box is characterised in that it is made of polyurethane foam and in that the foam has on the internal and external walls of the box a hard and smooth skin 8, 9 constituted by foam which is hot-compressed in a mould, the internal face of which is cooled. Description

L'invention concerne une caisse de forçage notamment de la "Witloof". The invention relates to a forcing box, in particular the "Witloof".

On sait que la "Witloof" communément dénommée endive ou chicon, est obtenue par le forçage de la chicorée de Bruxelles à grosse racine, après son entreposage dans une salle de repos dont la température est très basse et par exemple de l'ordre de un degré. Claims

1.
