Abstract

Sealed case 1 forming part of an air conditioning installation and containing one or more air processing elements, said case comprising a closing lid 2 having overlapping edges 3 and at least one inlet and an outlet and comprising thermal insulation 6 on its inside walls, the case being characterised in that the upper internal perimeter of the walls 7 of the case is fitted with moulding strips 8 comprising a flange 9 separated from the walls 7 of the case 1 and forming a channel at the top of the case, said channel being fitted with a flexible seal 12 which, in the absence of the lid, projects beyond the top edge of the case and is crushed by the lid when the lid is closed.
