Description

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour assurer l'équilibre du personnel, des échelles, des échaffaudages.
La sécurité du travail sur les façades, les corps de bâtiments, est traditionnellement assurée depuis le sol ou à partir du toit.
L'inconvénient réside en ce qu'entre le sol et le toit, échaffaudages, échelles, cordages n'ont que de minimes possibilités d'appui, d'ou une potentielle insécurité et de fait un risque pour les employés, une source de responsabilité pour les entreprises.
Le dispositif selon l'invention, permet de remédier a cet inconvénient. I1 s'agit en effet d'un boulon à oeil fabriqué par matri çage d'acier au carbone, durci et trempé, galvanisé ou en acier inox. I1 est composé d'un filetage surmonté d'une tête percée d'un orifice ou oeil par lequel peuvent être passées toutes sortes de dispositifs d'ancrage ou d'attache, tels harnais, ceintures, cordages. Ce boulon a oeil a haute résistance, galvanisé, assure la sécurité lorsqu'il est installé et fixé, ainsi qu'il a été conçu, dans des éléments comme façades, parois ou autres matériaux, parce qu'il immobilise le personnel ou les éléments d'échelle ou d"échaf- faudages sur lesquels ils travaillents.Le filetage peut être fixé ou bien par un procedé de chevilles expansées à fourrure d'acier avec addition de résine, ou bien par procede de contreplaqué ou écrou auto-freiné dans le cas où ne peut être pratiquée la première fixation. La tète munie de l'oeil dépassant selon la position de la butée par rapport a latête, permet alors d'utiliser cet oeil aux fins d'ancrage et de scurité.
La figure 1 représente un boulon à oeil avec la coupe de son procédé de fixation.

La figure 4 donne une idée des dimensions du boulon à oeil.
Le dispositif représenté tant à la figure 1 qu'aux figures 2 et 3, le boulon à oeil (1) comporte un corps (2) compose d'un filetage (5) de dimension variable selon la destination,- et a grand pas, dont la tige conduit à une butée (6) déterminant la partie extérieure du boulon une fois celui-ci fixé. Cette partie extérieure comporte une tete (3) percée en son centre d'un orifice ou oeil (4) servant de point d'ancrage pour harnais,-ceintures ou cordes de sécurité.
Les boulons a oeil sont présentés en plusieurs formes repondant aux demandes variées créées par les différentes situations de travail'necessitant des points d'ancrage, et peuvent être installes dans de nombreux types de materiaux et de constructions.
Dans la forme de réalisation selon les figures de la planche uni que, les boulons à oeil sont d'utilisation courante pour assurer la sécurité des travailleurs sur vitres ou tous types d'interventions sur façades.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    16) Dispositif pour assurer l'équilibre et la sécurité des personnels, des échelles et des échaffaudages, caractérisé par un boulon à oeil (1) composé d'un filetage (5) d'une butée (6) et d'un oeil (4) perçant la tête (3) du boulon, 2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être fixé sur toute la surface d'un édifice ou d'un matériau selon la longueur du filetage et la destination quant à la sécurité voulue.
    3*) Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérise en ce que le boulon de securité à oeil servant de point d'ancrage comportant une tête percée d'un orifice ou oeil dans le prolongement d'un filetage fixé dans un mur ou une quelconque surface d'edifice ou matériau, la tête du boulon fait saillie et qu'au travers de l'oeil perçant la tête de part en part, il peut être passé un harnais ou une ceinture ou tout autre système d'attache aux fins d'arrimage et de sécurité.
    4 ) Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications precédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il est realisé en acier au carbone, durci, trempé, galvanisé, ou en acier inox.
