L'INVENTION CONCERNE CERTAINS DOCUMENTS OU OBJETS AUTOCOLLANTS DEVANT OU POUVANT ETRE FIXES PROVISOIREMENT. LE MODELE PRESENTE S'APPLIQUE TOUT PARTICULIEREMENT A LA VIGNETTE D'AUTOMOBILE ET RESOUT DEFINITIVEMENT LE PROBLEME DE L'ARRACHEMENT DES VIGNETTES PERIMEES. CE DISPOSITIF COMPREND UNE FACE SCULPTEE C QUI RECOIT LA VIGNETTE, UN RABAT DE PROTECTION A, UNE CHARNIERE B, UN CLIP DE MAINTIEN D, UNE FACE AUTO-ADHESIVE E.

Description

Une fois par an, chaque automobiliste Français, quand il n'y renonce pas, éprouve quelque difficulté à arracher du pare-brise de son véhicule, la vignette (taxe sur les automobiles) de l'année échue.
Le dispositif présenté, objet de l'invention, vise tout particulièrement à faciliter l'opération précitée, et plus généralement sous d'autres formes toutes opérations similaires résultant dans tout autre domaine, de l'utilisation de documents ou d'objets autocollants.
L'originalité selon l'invention, consiste à sculpter linéairement la face du dispositif recevant le document ou l'objet autocollant, pour en réduire à volonté la surface de contact, et par là, sa capacité d'adhérence.
Selon l'invention, le dispositif présenté (FIG. 1 et 2 planche lil unique) sera une fois pour toutes fixé au support principal (pare-brise) au moyen d'adhésif double face transparent, préalablement appliqué sur la face (e) du dispositif lors de la fabrication.
Les figures 1 et 2 montrent que la surface de la face (C) du dispositif a été diminuée de la surface représentée par l'ensemble des figures carres.
Le modèle de support présenté FIG. 1 et 2, comprend en (c) la face sculptée recevant le document autocollant.
En (a) un rabat de protection de dimensions identiques à (c), afin d'éviter l'arrachement accidentel du document fixé.
En (b) une charnière.
En (d) un clip assurant le maintien du rabat (a) en position "fermé".
En (e) la face auto-adhésive étant appliquée au support principal,
On notera que l'arrachement volontaire du document sera d'autant plus aisé, que l'on pourra relever un bord de celui-ci à l'aide d'un objet mince qui pourra être introduit sous la surface du document de part la présence des parties creusées de la face du fait de la sculpture.
Tel qu'il est présenté, le dispositif sera réalisé en une seule opération de moulage, par injection de matière plastique restant souple et transparente après durcissement.

Claims (2)

REVENDIC-ATIONS
1 - Support à adhérence limitée pour vignette d'automobile, constitué de matière plastique souple et transparente caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une face sculptée linéairement (c) recevant le document protégé par le rabat (a) amené en position"ferme" grace à la charnière (b) et maintenu par le clip (d).
2 - Support à adhérence limitée selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la sculpture de la face (c) n'engendre que des figures'de forme linéaire de nature à ne pas altérer l'optique du support.
