Label holders. - In a licence holder according to the parent Specification in which an annular section 7 for receiving the licence is secured by cement to the windscreen, the cover 11 is now hinged to the section 7, the cover fitting in the closed position against an annular shoulder 7<c> on the section 7. The cover 11 may be held in the closed position by a spring grip, or by lugs on the parts 7, 11 secured together by a pin or bolt, or a spring tongue 13, with a teat 13<a> which snaps into a depression 11<c> on the section 7, may be formed on the cover 11.
