Abstract

The machine has a receptacle for storage of a horizontal stack of the articles to be dispensed, a spring forcing the stack against the front wall of the receptacle, and a dispensing slot in the bottom wall of the receptacle. The narrow dimension of the slot is less than double the thickness of the article to be dispensed. The front wall of the receptacle has a longitudinal slit perpendicular to the slot and extending from the slot along half the length of the front wall. A cursor slides along the longitudinal slit, catching the ticket or stamp and carrying it down through the slot. A spring returns the cursor to the top of the longitudinal slit when it is released.

Claims

1. A unit dispenser of sheet articles comprising a receptacle 1 for a stack of articles 2, pressing means 3 urging the stack against a first wall 4 of the receptacle, a second wall 5 perpendicular to the first having a slot 6 for dispensing labels, contiguous to the first wall, the smallest dimension of the slot being less than twice the thickness of an article, dispenser characterized in that the first wall 4 of the receptacle 1 has at least one lumen 7 longitudinal perpendicular to the slot 6 of the second wall 5 and extending over at least half the length of the first wall 4, from the slot 6; in that an article distribution control cursor 8 slides parallel to the light 7 with elastic return 12, 13 in the direction opposite to the slot 6, the cursor 8 carrying means 9 for driving the article contiguous to the first wall 4 in the direction of the slot, these drive means 9 passing through the lumen 7 and disappearing in the return stroke of the cursor 8; and in that bidirectional non-return means 10, 11 impose on cursor 8 a complete stroke on the outward and return journey.

Dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive means 9 pivot on the cursor 8 with elastic return 17., in the direction of the stack of articles 2 and jamming on the article distributed in the stroke of the cursor 8 in the direction of the slot 61 and sliding on the next article in the cursor return stroke.
