Abstract

The loudspeaker cover includes a rectangular frame having an E-shaped cross-section. A bar extends across the middle of the rectangle and four pegs near the four corners are provided for attaching it to the loudspeaker enclosure. A sheet of light material is stretched across the outer surface of the rectangle and has a PVC cord retained in a folded hem along its edge. The cord is pushed into one of the recesses of the E-section frame, thus holding the material in place. The cord is made of material which is elastic, being able to stretch by up to 20 percent.
