Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif pour soutenir la tête d'une personne tout en permettant de minimiser la friction entre ses cheveux et le dispositif. La présente invention vise ~galement une méthode pour fabriquer ce dispositif. Le dispositif aide à sauvegarder les coiffures et aide à éliminer l'usure des cheveux causée par le frottement de ceux-ci sur le tissu d'une taie d'oreiller conventionnelle durant le sommeil.
Le dispositif peut constituer une taie d'oreiller est confectionnée à partir de tissu satiné ou tout autre tissu poss~dant les mêmes caract~ristiques que celui-ci. La confection ou assemblage de la taie d'oreiller selon la présente invention prend avantage des caractéristiques du tissu satiné qui permet le glissement des cheveux sur celui-ci et permet le glissement du tissu sur lui-même, limitant au minimum la friction des cheveux sur le tissu de la taie d'oreiller causant l'usure des cheveux et la déformation des coiffures.

SOMMAIRE DE L'INVENTION
La pr~sente invention concerne dispositif pour soutenir la tête d'une personne tout en permettant de minimiser une friction entre ses cheveux et le dispositif, comprenant:
une première pièce de tissu ayant une face endroit présentant des fibres alignées dans un sens et une face envers opposée à la face endroit; et une seconde pièce de tissu ayant une face endroit présentant des fibres alignées dans un sens et une face envers opposée à la face endroit, la première pièce de tissu étant assemblée à la seconde pièce de tissu de manière que leurs faces endroits soient face à face et que les sens de leurs fibres soient désalignés pour permettre un glissement de type satiné des pièces de tissu, l'une par rapport à l'autre.
Préférablement, ladite seconde pièce de tissu a une forme semblable et un périmètre inférieur à ceux de la première pièce de tissu, et ladite première pièce de tissu est plissée pour avoir un périmètre semblable à la seconde pièce de tissu une fois que les première et seconde pièces de tissu sont assemblées.
L'invention comprend également de préférence une troisième lS et une quatrième pièce de tissu.
La troisième pièce de tissu a une face endroit pour recevoir la tête de la personne et une face envers opposée à
la face endroit, la face endroit de la troisième pièce de tissu ayant des propriétés permettant un glissement de type satiné, la face envers de la troisième pièce de tissu présentant des fibres alignées dans un sens, ladite troisième pièce de tissu ayant une forme et une aire semblables à celles de la première pièce de tissu, la troisième pièce de tissu étant assemblée à
la première pièce de tissu de manière que leurs faces envers soient face à face et que leurs fibres soient alignées pour restreindre tout glissement entre les première et troisième pièces de tissu.
La quatrième pièce de tissu a une forme et une aire semblables à celles de la seconde pièce de tissu, la quatrième pièce de tissu étant assemblée à la seconde pièce de tissu de manière à former un sac pour recevoir un oreiller.

~, Préférablement, le tissu composant les première, seconde et troisième pièces de tissu est du satin, et le dispositif est de forme rectangulaire ayant deux grands côtés de 31.5 pouces et deux petits côtés de 21.5 pouces.
La présente invention concerne également une méthode pour fabriquer un dispositif pour soutenir la tête d'une personne tout en permettant de minimiser une friction entre ses cheveux et le dispositif, la méthode comprenant les étapes de:
ta) découper une première pièce de tissu, ayant une face endroit présentant des fibres allgnées dans un sens et une face envers opposée à la face endroit pour recevoir la tête de la personne;
(b) découper une seconde pièce de tissu ayant une face endroit présentant des fibres alignées dans un sens et une face envers opposée à la face endroit; et (c) assembler la première pièce de tissu avec la seconde pièce de tissu de manière que leurs faces endroits soient face à face et que les sens de leurs fibres soient désalignés pour permettre un glissement de type satiné des pièces de tissu, l'une par rapport à l'autre.
De préférence, la méthode selon la présente invention comprend en outre les étapes suivantes:
(d) découper une troisième pièce de tissu ayant une face endroit pour recevoir la tête de la personne et une face envers opposée à la face endroit, la face endroit de la troisième pièce de tissu ayant des propriétés permettant un glissement de type satiné, la face envers de la troisième pièce de tissu présentant des fibres alignées dans un sens, ladite troisième pièce de tissu ayant une forme et une aire semblables à celles de la première pièce de tissu;

(e) assembler la troisième pièce de tissu avec la première pièce de tissu de manière que leurs faces envers soient face à face et que leurs fibres soient alignées pour restreindre tout glis~ement entre la première pièce de tissu et la troisième pièce de tissu;
(f) découper une quatrième pièce de tissu ayant une forme et une aire semblables à la forme et l'aire de la seconde pièce de tissu; et (g) assembler ensemble la quatrième pièce de tissu avec la seconde pièce de tissu de manière à former un sac pour recevoir un oreiller.

La présente invention se rapporte à une taie d' oreiller qui grâce à sa confection permet de conserver plus longtemps une coiffure, elle permet aussi de réduire l'usure des cheveux.
Les taies d'oreiller courantes sont fabriqués avec des 5tissus non satiné. Lorsqu'une personne se couche, le frottement des cheveux sur le tissu de la taie d'oreiller défait la coiffure. Les personnes qui dorment longtemps dans la même position usent leurs cheveux. Les cheveux usés ont parfois une ~ apparence de cheveux brûlés (on les remarquent souvent à
10l'arrière de la tête de jeunes enfant qui dorment sur le dos).
La taie d'oreiller sauve coiffure est une taie d'oreiller confectionnée à partir de tissu satiné. Sa confection spéciale lui confère un mécanisme naturel de glissement du tissu sur lui-même ainsi que le glissement des cheveux sur celui-ci.
15La taie d'oreiller permet ainsi de conserver les coiffures plus longtemps et aide à prévenir l'usure des cheveux causée par le frottement de ceux-ci sur les tissus couramment utilisés qui ne sont pas satinés.
La taie d'oreiller sauve coiffure est constituée de trois 20épaisseurs de tissu satiné sur le dessus et une épaisseur de tissu (satiné ou non) pour le dessous.
Les deux épaisseurs de tissu satiné se trouvant complètement sur le dessus sont légèrement plus grande que la troisième et sont assemblées dos à dos. Elles sont plissés pour 25être ensuite assemblées sur la troisième pièce de tissu qui est plus petite, face contre face et ayant les fibres du tissu contraire. Ces trois couches de tissu sont ensuite assemblées à une quatrième pour former un sac. Un oreiller y sera ensuite insérée.
30La présente invention est donc caracérisée par:

This invention relates to a device for supporting the head of a person while minimizing the friction between her hair and the device. The current invention also aims ~ a method for manufacturing this device. The device helps to safeguard hairstyles and helps eliminate hair wear caused by rubbing of these on the fabric of a conventional pillowcase during sleep.
The device can constitute a pillowcase is made from satin fabric or any other fabric possessing the same characteristics as this one. The making or assembling the pillowcase according to the present invention takes advantage of the characteristics of the fabric satin which allows the sliding of the hair on this one and allows the fabric to slide on itself, limiting to a minimum the friction of the hair on the fabric of the pillowcase causing hair wear and distortion of hairstyles.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for supporting the head of a person while minimizing a friction between her hair and the device, comprising:
a first piece of fabric with a right side having fibers aligned in one direction and a reverse side opposite the right side; and a second piece of fabric with a right side having fibers aligned in one direction and a reverse side opposite the right side, the first piece of fabric being assembled to the second piece of fabric so that their faces places are face to face and that the senses of their fibers are misaligned to allow a sliding type satin pieces of fabric, one in relation to the other.
Preferably, said second piece of fabric has a shape similar and a smaller perimeter than the first room of fabric, and said first piece of fabric is pleated to have a perimeter similar to the second piece of fabric one once the first and second pieces of fabric are assemblies.
The invention also preferably includes a third lS and a fourth piece of fabric.

The fourth piece of fabric has a shape and an area similar to those of the second piece of fabric, the fourth piece of fabric being assembled to the second piece of fabric so as to form a bag to receive a pillow.

~, Preferably, the fabric making up the first, second and third piece of fabric is satin, and the device is rectangular with two long sides of 31.5 inches and two short sides of 21.5 inches.
The present invention also relates to a method for make a device to support a person's head while minimizing friction between her hair and the device, the method comprising the steps of:
ta) cut a first piece of fabric, having one side spot with allgned fibers in one direction and one side upside down opposite to the right side to receive the head of the no one;
(b) cutting a second piece of fabric having one side place with fibers aligned in one direction and one side reverse opposite to the right side; and (c) assembling the first piece of fabric with the second piece of fabric so that their right sides are facing face to face and the senses of their fibers are misaligned to allow a satin type sliding of the pieces of fabric, one in relation to the other.
Preferably, the method according to the present invention further includes the following steps:
(d) cutting a third piece of fabric having one side place to receive the person's head and a reverse side opposite the right side, the right side of the third piece of fabric with sliding properties satin type, the reverse side of the third piece of fabric having fibers aligned in one direction, said third piece of fabric with a shape and area similar to that of the first piece of fabric;

(f) cutting a fourth piece of fabric having a shape and an area similar to the shape and area of the second room tissue; and (g) stitch the fourth piece of fabric together with the second piece of fabric to form a bag for receive a pillow.

which thanks to its construction allows to keep longer a hairstyle, it also reduces hair wear.
Common pillow cases are made with 5 non-satin fabric. When a person goes to bed, the friction hair on the fabric of the pillowcase undoes the hairstyle. Claims

1. A device to support the head of a person while by minimizing friction between her hair and the device, comprising:
a first piece of fabric with a right side having fibers aligned in one direction and a reverse side opposite the right side; and a second piece of fabric with a right side having fibers aligned in one direction and a reverse side opposite the right side, the first piece of fabric being assembled to the second piece of fabric so that their faces places are face to face and that the senses of their fibers are misaligned to allow a sliding type satin pieces of fabric, one in relation to the other.

2. Device according to claim 1, in which:
said second piece of fabric has a similar shape and a perimeter lower than those of the first piece of fabric; and said first piece of fabric is pleated to have a perimeter similar to the second piece of fabric once the first and second pieces of fabric are assembled.

3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, comprising in addition:
a third piece of fabric with a place side for receive the person's head and a reverse side opposite the right side, the right side of the third piece of fabric having properties allowing a sliding of the satin type, the reverse side of the third piece of fabric having fibers aligned in one direction, said third piece of fabric having a shape and an area similar to those of the first piece of fabric, the third piece of fabric being assembled the first piece of fabric so that their wrong sides are face to face and their fibers are aligned to restrict any slippage between the first and third pieces of fabric.

4. A device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, further comprising:
a fourth piece of fabric having a shape and an area similar to those of the second piece of fabric, the fourth piece of fabric being assembled to the second piece of fabric so as to form a bag to receive a pillow.

5. A device according to one of claims 1 to 4, in which the tissue composing the first, second and third piece of fabric is satin.

6. A device according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the device is rectangular having two long sides of 31.5 inches and two short sides of 21.5 inches.

7. A method of making a device to support the head of a person while minimizing a friction between her hair and the device, the method including the steps of:
(a) cutting a first piece of fabric, having one side place with fibers aligned in one direction and one side upside down opposite to the right side to receive the head of the no one;

(b) cutting a second piece of fabric having one side place with fibers aligned in one direction and one side reverse opposite to the right side; and (c) assembling the first piece of fabric with the second piece of fabric so that their right sides are facing face to face and the senses of their fibers are misaligned to allow a satin type sliding of the pieces of fabric, one in relation to the other.

8. The method of claim 7, further comprising the following steps:
(d) cutting a third piece of fabric having one side place to receive the person's head and a reverse side opposite the right side, the right side of the third piece of fabric with sliding properties satin type, the reverse side of the third piece of fabric having fibers aligned in one direction, said third piece of fabric with a shape and area similar to that of the first piece of fabric; and (e) assembling the third piece of fabric with the first piece of fabric so that their wrong sides are facing face to face and their fibers are aligned to restrict any slippage between the first piece of fabric and the third piece of fabric.

9. The method of claim 8, further comprising the following steps:
(f) cutting a fourth piece of fabric having a shape and an area similar to the shape and area of the second room tissue; and (g) stitch the fourth piece of fabric together with the second piece of fabric to form a bag for receive a pillow.
