THE INVENTION IS IN THE FIELD OF PACKAGING BAGS. THE DOUBLE BAG ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION IS ESSENTIALLY CHARACTERIZED IN THAT IT IS CONSTITUTED BY A FIRST FOLDED SHEET FORMING THE EXTERIOR WALLS 3, 4 LIMITED BY A COMMON AA FOLDING EDGE, THE FOLDING INCLUDING AT LEAST TWO LIPS INSIDE WHICH IS INSERTED A SECOND SHEET FORMING INNER WALL 5A, 5B SEALED ACCORDING TO TWO SEALING LINES 6, 7 PARALLEL TO THE SAID AREA, THE RESPECTIVE ZONES D1, D2 SHAPED IN RELATION TO THE AREA AND BEYOND EACH SEALING LINE CONSTITUTING THE ELEMENTS RESPECTIVES FOR THE OPENING OF EACH OF THE TWO COMPARTMENTS. APPLICATION IN PARTICULAR TO THE PACKAGING OF CULINARY PREPARATIONS IN TWO DOSES OR CONSTITUENTS THAT CAN BE USED SEPARATELY.

Description

The present invention relates to a bag or double bag, that is to say to

  two compartments each of which is provided with a separate opening member, intended in particular to contain

  powdered or liquid food products.

  In this particular field, it is known that culinary preparations are presented in dry powder form so as to be prepared quickly by reheating or

  cooking in a suitable liquid such as water. In

  Referring to Figures 1 and 2, a double bag according to the invention comprises two compartments 1 and 2 delimited by respective outer walls 3 and 4 and by a wall

  interior common to both compartments. The outer walls

  3 and 4 are in fact constituted by a single sheet folded along a folding edge A-A. Folding forms two

  The walls may be made of any suitable sheet material, for example waterproof paper,

  metallized, metal or plastics. In this last

  case, the seals can be made by thermo-

  welding. It should be noted that when the bag is filled and sealed, it is more attractive to present it with the bottom constituted by the region of the leg 15, the user having only to cut separately one of the zones opening element to obtain the product of one compartment while retaining the product of the other compartment in the

best conditions.

  The present invention therefore makes it possible, after opening one or the other of the compartments, to keep the product contained in the compartment left closed in its initial storage conditions until it is used. In the case

  written on the packaging (composition, instructions for use, storage conditions, labeling and marking), which

REVENDICATIOS   1. Double bag with separate openings, of the type com   carrying two outer walls separated by an integral wall   defining two distinct cormorants, all the   kings being made of thin sheets sealed together by their edges (B), characterized in that it consists of a first sheet folded on itself and forming the outer walls limited by a common folding edge (AA), the folding comprising two lips inside which is inserted a second inner wall sheet (5, 5a-5b) sealed along two sealing lines i6, 7, 13, 14) parallel to said edge, the respective zones formed with respect to the edge and beyond each sealing line constituting the respective opening elements (D1, D2) of each of two compartments.   2. Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer walls comprise two additional folds symmetrical with respect to the folding edge, the respective areas between the sealing line and the limit of each additional bend constituting the opening elements.   Bag according to claim 2, characterized by   the fact that the inner wall is single or double (5a, 5b).   4. Sachet according to claim 1, characterized in that a first zone forming an opening element of a compartment is between the two sealing lines and a second opening zone of the other compartment and disposed beyond of the sealing line   the farthest from the folding edge.   5. Method of manufacturing a bag according to one   any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that   that the single sheet forming the outer walls is laid flat.   laterally, a folding edge is defined, the sheet is sealed   forming the inner wall along the two sealing lines, the folding is carried out and then the sheets are sealed according to the   edges perpendicular to said folding edge.
