Abstract

The package forms a winder and a transporting case for reels of film or thermoplastic wrapping. It is made of two cardboard cheeks (A,B) of regular polygonal shape. These are assembled, at a given spacing on a central film-carrying mandrel (1). One cheek (8) is lengthened on each flat polygon end by a rectangular tongue (7,7') of a width (L) sufficient that adjacent tongues can turn down along the cheek (A) walls to form a transporting case. Each cheek has two circular perforated lines with one (2) around a cheek centre.
