Abstract

The stabilising device for vertical panels includes shoring elements (4) at least one of which has a tubular free end containing a securing attachment. The securing attachment comprises an elongate, open ring (42) which can slide into an unlocked position in which the opening (46) of the ring appears outside the element allowing the ring (42) to hook over a mounting hoop (14). In the locked position, the opening and most of the ring are retained inside the element, e.g. by a bolt (47) preventing withdrawal of the mounting hoop.
