Abstract

The skirting board convector heater consists of a back plate (3) which is fixed to the wall (2). The back plate has integral support brackets (6) for the hot water elements and slots (10,11) to support the outer casing (3). Flexible pads (9) are fitted at intervals along the length of the back plate. The outer casing is provided with three rows of perforations (15). Room air enters the convector through the lower rows of perforations, is heated as it rises over the heating elements and returns to the room through the upper row of perforations.
