Abstract

A load bearing skeleton and cladding panels make up a module unit for residential purposes or other activities. The skeleton is assembled from a floor frame and roof frame virtually identical. Each has metal girders of open profile, interconnected by corner posts. These form an upright outflow pipe for rainwater, while roof frame girders serve as rainwater gutters and window cornice strip. Frames may be connected by tension members, serving only to prevent panels from slipping out when raised. The unit is very easily erected, without auxiliary appliances.
