Abstract

The collar for enabling a handicapped person to pull on a sock or stocking consists of a movable sleeve (1) made of plastics with a slit down the front (2) through which the foot (3) is inserted. The sleeve (1) has a fastening (4). A rounded rim (6) goes round the bottom periphery of the sleeve. Two fastenings (7) are for fixing the sock/stocking. Two pull laces (8) are fixed by two rivets (9). A rigid handle (10) joins the two laces (8).
