A urine holding appliance for males comprises a receptacle 11, a forwardly extending, penis-fitting tube 18 and an enlarged shoulder portion formed by a series of circumferentially spaced ribs 19 on the tube 18 to prevent the tube from telescoping into the receptacle. Fastening means including a flange 16 and grommets 17 may be provided for engaging snap fasteners on the wearers clothing to support the appliance. The appliance may be of natural rubber.
