Abstract

The bat-water mixing valve with a shower union is for wall-mounting, having a body (10), with upper (12) and lower transverse passages, one connected to a cold-water union (14) and the other to a hot water union (11). Opposite these unions are two further ones (20, 30) each with a mixing chamber (29) sepd. from the transverse passages by a wall (21) and closed by a component screwed into the union end, having an outlet union at the bottom Top and bottom passages formed in the wall lead to the upper and lower transverse passages, and are connected to the mixing chamber. A control disc (25) bears against the wall, so as to regulate the passage mouths, being fixed to a spindle turned by a knob (26). A round port in the disc works with the cold-water passage and an oblong one with the hot-water one.
