Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation de copolymères élastomères éthylène/acétate de vinyle. Selon l'invention, on utilise un milieu contenant un surfactif et un colloïde protecteur et l'on copolymérise environ 40 à 70 % en poids d'éthylène monomère, pour obtenir un latex, d'où l'on récupère l'élastomère. Les copolymères ainsi préparés ont une viscosité Mooney élevée et une faible teneur en gel.
