Abstract
La présente invention est du domaine du nettoyage des petits instruments nécessitant entre deux usages un nettoyage soigné et quelquefois même une stérilisation. Un procédé conforme à l'invention consiste à mettre simultanément en oeuvre des ultrasons et un rayon ultra-violet dans un bain contenant un objet à nettoyer. Un dispositif de l'invention est constitué principalement d'une cuve métallique 1 et d'un couvercle 2 articulé sur un bord 3 de la cuve. Sous le couvercle 2, formant réflecteur, est située une rampe 4 à rayons ultraviolets constituant une source de lumière actinique; au voisinage de la rampe 4 un orifice 5 pratiqué dans le réflecteur permet l'introduction au moyen d'un ventilateur 6 d'un courant d'air ambiant. Les objets à nettoyer supportés dans un panier baignent dans un liquide qui est agité par un générateur d'ultrasons. Le dispositif est en outre pourvu de moyens automatiques de remplissage, de déclenchement des ultrasons, de vidange et de séchage. Application au nettoyage des appareils de chirurgie générale, de chirurgie dentaire, de laboratoire, au nettoyage des pièces mécaniques, des pièces d'horlogerie, des bijoux, etc.The present invention relates to the field of cleaning small instruments requiring, between two uses, careful cleaning and sometimes even sterilization. Under the cover 2, forming a reflector, is located an ultraviolet ray ramp 4 constituting an actinic light source; in the vicinity of the ramp 4, an orifice 5 made in the reflector allows the introduction by means of a fan 6 of a current of ambient air. The objects to be cleaned supported in a basket are bathed in a liquid which is agitated by an ultrasound generator. The device is also provided with automatic means for filling, triggering ultrasound, emptying and drying. Application to cleaning apparatus for general surgery, dental surgery, laboratory, cleaning mechanical parts, timepieces, jewelry, etc.
