Soupape caractérisée en ce que le téton de pointeau et le pointeau de buse revêtent la forme de pièces indépendantes solidaires l'une de l'autre, et/ou que l'orifice d'injection est ménagé dans un disque solidaire du corps de buse, le téton de pointeau et le disque étant constitués d'un matériau résistant à la corrosion. c.
