Abstract

Générateur de microturbulence 8 pour le canal d'écoulement 1 d'une caisse à pâte en tête d'une machine à papier. Le générateur 8 est utilisé pour engendrer un degré suffisant de microturbulence près du rétrécissement (sortie 14) de la caisse à pâte pour disperser efficacement les floculats de pâte dans un courant macroturbulent de fibres pour la fabrication du papier, afin d'améliorer les caractéristiques de formation, orienter les fibres au hasard et diminuer le taux de traction dans la nappe de papier résultante. Les moyens sont applicables aux canaux d'écoulement ayant un angle de convergence compris entre 4 et 20 degrés et sont particulièrement efficaces à des vitesses de machine à papier dépassant 244 m/minute. Application à la fabrication du papter.
