Abstract

Dans un dispositif pour exécution du procédé de gazéification selon le principe du passage vertical, devant le charbon de forte granulométrie, de préférence devant la surface libre inférieure 13 du volume de vrac 11 se trouve une chambre 21 dans laquelle au moins un brûleur 2 qui produit un jet de gaz primaire 15 est dirigé sur le charbon de grosse granulométrie et de préférence sur surface libre inférieure 13 du volume de vrac 11, chambre 21 qui est limitée vers le bas par une auge de bain de scorie 22 qui comporte un déversoir 16 et chambre sous laquelle est disposé dans le récipient sous pression 1 un bain d'eau de refroidissement 19, au moins une lance de jet d'eau 23 étant disposée en face du déversoir 16.
