Abstract

Composition cristalline liquide nématique. Cette composition contient : 4'-butylbenzoate de 4-cyanophényle : 15 à 30 moles %; 4'-heptylbenzoate de 4-cyanophényle : 20 à 40 moles %; 4'-pentylbenzoate de 4-pentylphényle : 20 à 35 moles %; 4'-(4"-pentylbenzoyloxy)-benzoate de 4-pentylphényle : 10 à 15 moles %; 4-cyano-4'-pentylbiphényle : 10 à 20 moles %. Cette composition peut être utilisée avec avantage dans des dispositifs d'affichage électro-optique.
