Abstract

Ce procédé consiste à broyer et à réaliser indépendamment l'ensemencement en microbes aérobie des résidus organiques, des résidus de champignonnière et du fumier de race bovine et à laisser se produire une préfermentation de ces produits indépendamment les uns des autres, avant de réaliser leur mélange avec de la tourbe et des fientes de volaille, ce mélange étant broyé et étendu en une couche d'une épaisseur de l'ordre d'un mètre pour la réalisation de la fermentation finale, après quoi le produit est criblé avant son conditionnement.
