Abstract

L'invention est relative à un appareil de fragmentation formé d'un bol où tourne un outil de coupe. Selon l'invention, un élément d'accouplement rotatif, monté sur le couvercle du bol, relie de façon solidaire en rotation le couteau de fragmentation et l'élément d'entraînement. L'appareil offrant toute sécurité à l'usager est adaptable à des machines de préparation culinaire.
