Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un élément détecteur d'oxygène perfectionné formé d'un corps en électrolyte solide possédant sur sa face interne une électrode conductrice catalytique interne et sur sa face externe une électrode conductrice catalytique externe ayant pour but d'augmenter la tension de sortie du détecteur, de réduire le temps de réponse lors du passage d'une composition gazeuse riche à une composition gazeuse pauvre et vice-versa, et de réduire la résistance interne dudit élément détecteur. Le procédé comprend une phase de traitement chimique par mise en contact de l'électrode interne avec un réactif acide ou un sel d'un tel acide, puis une phase de traitement par activation par courant continu, appliqué à l'électrode externe, cette dernière formant anode, tout en soumettant cette électrode externe à une atmosphère non oxydante et à une température élevée.
