Abstract
a. Appareil de détection d'une matière filamentaire continue. b. Cet appareil comprend un moyen de guidage de la matière filamentaire ou fil et un capteur optique comportant une source de lumière et un détecteur de lumière. La matière filamentaire est amenée, par le moyen de guidage, de sa direction principale de déplacement à une direction transversale à cette dernière et la zone focale du capteur se trouve à la limite extérieure du déplacement transversal du fil. Le détecteur détecte la lumière envoyée par la source et réfléchie sur le fil lorsque celui-ci pénètre dans zone focale à la suite de son déplacement transversal et est pratiquement insensible à cette lumière lorsque le fil est hors de la zone focale. c. Détection de fils dans les machines textiles.
