Abstract

Procédé et appareil pour la détection d'inclusions solides ou gazeuses dans le verre. L'appareil automatique de balayage d'une pièce sensiblement cylindrique 10 avec un rayon lumineux fixe 12', 12". Des détecteurs 14, 24 détectent une interruption ou une diffusion d'un rayon lumineux par les inclusions 20, 22. Quand une inclusion est détectée le balayage transversal s'arrête et le rayon est fixé le long d'une corde du cylindre. Le cylindre est alors mis en rotation pour assurer l'inclusion à intercepter le rayon de corde et l'information produite est utilisée pour identifier le type et la position de l'inclusion.
