Abstract

Ce procédé comprend la mise en place d'une armature de renforcement, son imprégnation avec un liant, son traitement thermique et son usinage mécanique ultérieur jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pièce requise qui est ensuite saturée de pyrocarbone et soumise à un traitement thermique à une température de graphitisation. La pose de l'armature de renforcement est réalisée par assemblage du paquet de couches en fibres à carbone enchevêtrées alternées avec des couches en fibres élémentaires discontinues graphitisées, orientées de façon à assurer leur pénétration partielle dans les couches de fibres enchevêtrées.
