Abstract

Ce dispositif d'affichage luminescent émet de la lumière en plusieurs couleurs. Il comprend au moins un écran luminescent composé d'un mélange d'une substance luminescente SnO2 : Eu avec l'une au moins parmi des substances à luminescence cathodique qui présentent des propriétés d'excitation et des spectres d'émission différents de ceux de la substance luminescente SnO2 : Eu. Ce dispositif d'affichage luminescent émet de la lumière de couleurs différentes lorsqu'il est excité par des tensions différentes et par des tensions sous forme d'impulsions de largeurs différentes. Un appareil d'affichage se compose d'un tel dispositif d'affichage luminescent et d'un dispositif de commande à tension de sortie variable.
