Abstract

L'invention concerne les gyroscopes interférométriques. Un gyroscope interférométrique comprend deux modulateurs acousto-optiques 18 et 27 qui appliquent des première et seconde frequences sur deux composantes de lumière qui sont obtenues par division à partir d'une source 11. Les première et seconde composantes modulées sont injectées dans des sens opposés dans un chemin optique 24, dans lequel elles sont soumises à un déphasage qui est fonction de la vitesse de rotation du chemin optique autour de son axe sensible 40. Application aux systemes de navigation par inertie.
