Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux servomoteurs d'assistance hydraulique pour système de freinage. Le servomoteur comprend un boîtier à l'intérieur duquel est définie une chambre de pression et qui reçoit une valve de commande et un piston. La valve de commande coopère avec un élément d'actionnement pour se déplacer par rapport au boîtier de manière à admettre du fluide sous pression dans la chambre de pression et le piston se déplace sous l'action du fluide sous pression dans la chambre de pression pour effectuer le freinage. Afin de limiter le niveau de pression du fluide admis dans la chambre de pression, un anneau est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier en coopération avec la valve de commande. L'anneau coopère avec la valve de commande pour définir une section différentielle qui est exposée à la pression du fluide pour engendrer une force qui s'oppose aux mouvements de la valve de commande de manière à limiter l'admission du fluide sous pression dans la chambre de pression. Application aux système de freinage hydrauliques avec servomoteur d'assistance, notamment pour véhicules automobiles.
