Abstract
L'invention concerne une enzyme à activité d'alcool secondaire-déshydrogénase et son procédé de préparation. Ces enzymes sont capables de transformer les alcools secondaires en C3 à C6 en méthylcétones dans des conditions aérobies. On les prépare par culture en milieu aérobie d'un microorganisme méthylotrophe dans un milieu nutritif contenant un composé donneur de radical méthyle pour obtenir des cellules microbiennes que l'on récupère et désintègre et on recueille la partie surnageante après élimination des débris cellulaires. Ces enzymes servent à la production microbiologique de cétones.
