Abstract

Procédé de traitement d'alliages au chrome contenant de 13 à 25 % de chrome et de 0 à 2 % de titane, de structure austénitique. Les pieces à traiter sont mises en contact sous atmosphère protectrice, avec de l'oxygène naissant. Si la température de traitement est comprise entre 500 degrés C et 900 degrés C on obtient une coloration tandis qu'à une température supérieure à l'Ac3 on obtient des propriétés autolubrifiantes. Application aux alliages pour leur conférer une coloration comprise entre jaune paille et bleu nuit et/ou des propriétés autolubrifiantes.
