Abstract

Trois éléments élastiques sont placés dans le tube 2 à fixer dans le trou correspondant d'une plaque tubulaire 1. Un moyen de pressurisation comprime axialement l'élément élastique du dispositif 12 afin de créer une expansion radiale de cet élément et le mettre en contact avec l'intérieur du tube, permettant ainsi de déplacer axialement le tube par contact de frottement L'élément élastique du dispositif 11 de déplacement axial est également comprimé axialement par l'intermédiaire de manchons 13 et la tige 6 se déplace axialement jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité du tube soit en contact avec le manchon 10 de positionnement. Un effort suffisant est ensuite appliqué pour comprimer axialement le milieu 5 d'expansion de tubes qui, en conséquence, expanse radialement l'extrémité du tube qui est fixée solidement à la surface intérieure du trou. Applications notamment à la construction des plaques tubulaires d'échangeurs de chaleur et de chaudières.
