Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication et le bobinage de fils en matière thermoplastique tels que des fils de verre, et en particulier le bobinage simultané de plusieurs fils simples sur un même support. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend une filière recevant la matière fondue, une broche rotative assurant l'étirage des filets de matière issus des orifices de la filière et l'enroulement ultérieur du fil, au moins un dispositif d'assemblage et de guidage pour regrouper les filaments élémentaires en au moins un fil et guider le fil vers la broche, un organe de répartition tel qu'une hélice, placé à proximité de la broche pour répartir le(s) fil(s) sur celle-ci, et comporte de plus au moins un organe d'amortissement 9 placé entre le dispositif de guidage 5 et l'organe de répartition 7, cet organe d'amortissement étant maintenu en contact permanent avec le(s) fil(s). L'organe d'amortissement est avantageusement disposé de manière que la largeur d'une nappe de fils divisés est minimale au niveau de l'hélice de répartition 7 jusqu'à la limite de recollement des fils. L'invention permet d'améliorer le bobinage des fils et faciliter le dévidage ultérieur.
