Abstract

L'invention concerne les machines de cuisson qui comportent un tambour de cuisson de révolution, rotatif et chauffé intérieurement par flammes. Selon l'invention une cloison fixe co-axiale du tambour est disposée à l'intérieur de ce dernier de manière à séparer une enceinte centrale d'un espace de section annulaire dans lequel pénètrent, à travers ladite paroi, les extrémités des brûleurs avec leurs becs, tandis que l'orifice d'entrée d'air de chaque brûleur est disposé sur la partie de ce dernier s'étendant dans l'enceinte centrale. Cette disposition est particulièrement avantageuse pour les machines à cuire les crêpes alimentaires.
