Abstract

Récupération de l'énergie d'un fluide tel que l'eau, à hautes pression et température. Le procédé consiste en ce qu'on détend le fluide jusqu'à une pression (Po ) inférieure à la pression atmosphérique, en l'introduisant dans une enceinte fermée et en l'y faisant passer à travers une tuyère diphasique, où le fluide sa vaporise partiellement et s'accélère pour former au moins un jet à grande vitesse, en ce qu'on transforme l'énergie cinétique contenue dans ce jet, en travail sur l'arbre d'une turbine à action, en ce qu'on condense au moyen de fluide froid prélevé à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte la vapeur produite dans la détente du fluide chaud, pour maintenir la pression Po dans l'enceinte et en ce qu'on reprend le fluide liquide qui s'accumule dans l'enceinte au moyen d'une pompe prélevant une partie du travail mécanique fourni par la turbine et élevant la pression du fluide pour l'évacuer de l'enceinte.
