Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau produit alimentaire destiné à la lutte contre le diabète. Ce produit comprend en association des glucides à assimilation lente, tels que des glucides de type amylacé ou des polysaccharides ramifiés à encombrement stérique important, et des fibres alimentaires du type cellulosique, hemicellulosique ou pectiné, ainsi qu'éventuellement des germes de blé, des matières grasses vegétales, du sel et des poudres levantes. Le produit selon l'invention permet une régulation de la glycémie et s'applique à la lutte contre le diabète.
