Abstract
L'invention concerne un microfluoromètre à circulation. La variation de l'intensité de la fluorescence d'une particule en fonction de la longueur d'onde est transformée en variation électrique au cours du temps, et le temps de variation du signal est proportionnel à la longueur d'onde. A cet effet, un dispositif 10 transmet des particules sur une droite de focalisation d'un faisceau d'excitation, et l'image de la particule est formée sur un filtre en coin 28 dont la lumière est focalisée sur un tube photomultiplicateur 32. Application à l'analyse par fluorescence d'humeurs et de liquides biologiques.
