Abstract

Selon l'invention, on introduit en continu l'huile ou graisse chauffée à blanchir dans un récipient de mélange comportant un orifice de sortie à sa partie inférieure de manière à brasser l'huile ou graisse vers le bas à travers ledit récipient, on ajoute l'adsorbant de blanchiment contenant l'humidité à ladite huile ou graisse brassée, l'huile et l'adsorbant étant mélangés dans ledit récipient par le mouvement de brassage de l'huile ou graisse et l'eau contenue dans l'adsorbant étant vaporisée en formant une atmosphère protectrice au-dessus de la surface de l'huile ou graisse dans le récipient pour la protéger de l'oxydation atmosphérique, et on soutire le mélange d'huile ou graisse et d'adsorbant dudit récipient par ledit orifice de sortie
