Claims (15)
- 개스를 분산시킴에 의해 용기에 함유된 용금조를 처리하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 회전교반기(1)로 구성되며, 교반기의 단부가 정지시에 조의 저부에 배치되는 개스분사 플러그(6) 위에 놓이고, 풀러그에 의해 방출되는 개스의 압력작용하에서 상승함으로써 유체 베어링에 의해 지지되고, 외부짝힘 영향하에서는 교반기축(3)에 관하여 자유롭게 회전하고, 플러그로부터 교반기(1)을 분리시키는 공간(29)을 통해 다수의 규칙적으로 분산된 개스 기포가 달아날 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 용기가 두개의 격실을 가지는 주조레이들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 플러그가 용기 저부에 관하여 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 교반기와 플러그가 용융 알루미늄에 의해 부식되지 않는 재료로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 상기의 재료가 흑연임을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제4항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 플러그와 교반기의 대칭 수직축이 일일함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 외부짝힘이 가변속도 모터에 의해 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 외부짝힘이 수직운동을 가능하게 하는 씨스템에 의해 교반기에 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 플러그의 상면과 교반기의 하면이 원추형임을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
- 교반기의 축에 금속-대기 계면에 위치한 반소용돌이 씨스템이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따르는 용금조 처리를 위한 장치.
