Abstract

A dispenser for the application of pheromones contains the pheromone enclosed in a plastic film with a wall thickness of 20 to 100 mu m. The pheromone is expediently attached to a porous carrier. The dispenser allows a uniform release of active substance over a period of at least four weeks. The dispenser is used for controlling bark beetles.
