Abstract

Procédé d'agglomération. On introduit une boue de la matière solide, en suspension dans de l'eau, dans une première zone 10 dans laquelle elle est soumise à une turbulence et est sélectivement agglomérée par addition d'un liant hydrocarboné puis on sépare sur un crible 20 la plus grande partie de l'eau des agglomérés résultants que l'on introduit dans une seconde zone 22 dans laquelle ils sont également soumis à une turbulence dans de l'eau chaude qui est ensuite drainée par un crible 30 des agglomérés formés et recirculée dans la seconde zone. On économise ainsi de l'énergie tout en obtenant des agglomérés durs et de haute qualité. Application, notamment, à la fabrication d'agglomérés de charbon.
