Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the utilization ratio of Fe and C with a blast furnace maintained at a good condition by operation of classification ability adjusting factor such as weir plate diameter or differential motion of a classifier of variable classifying ability which is used for treatment of a slurry of secondary ash from a blast furnace in order to effect Zn removal which is necessary for maintaining desired Zn content of raw material for a blast furnace.
