Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une substance anti-tumorale qui est stable à la chaleur et ne provoque qu'une faible inflammation et une faible douleur. On prépare ces substances par rupture de cellules de bactéries appartenant aux streptocoques hémolytiques, extraction d'une substance insoluble dans l'eau à partir de la matière rompue et traitement de cette substance avec une ou plusieurs protéases et, facultativement, une ou plusieurs nucléases. Utilisation de la substance pour lutter contre les tumeurs chez les mammifères.
